By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the website only. When you take out a plan or book a repair, our plan terms and conditions apply to that, together with the plan confirmation or repair price we give you.

The website is free to use. We make it available as it is, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, for example to update it or fix a problem. We'll try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of interruptions.

Prices and information on the site

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including our prices and what our plans do and don't cover. It's there to help you decide, not to replace the full terms.

If anything on the website differs from your plan confirmation, your plan terms or the price we give you for a repair, the confirmation, terms or price we give you is what applies. If you spot something on the site that looks wrong, please tell us so we can fix it.

The help and advice on this website (for example, checks to try before booking a repair) is general information. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, and stop using an appliance that's leaking, sparking, smoking or tripping your electrics.

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Fixithomecare Limited or are used with the permission of the people who own them. You're welcome to view them, print a page or share a link for your own personal use, but please don't copy, reproduce or reuse them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Appliance makes and brand names mentioned on this website are the trade marks of their owners. We mention them only to describe the appliances we work on; it doesn't mean we're connected with, or approved by, those manufacturers.
